How much are shipping costs?

Our standard shipping fees are as follows-

$12 flat rate for all orders

Orders $120 and over: Free


Delivery Timeframes

We endeavour to post our candles within 5 business days. Because our candles are hand poured they do need time to cure. Delivery time is dependant on Australia Post and Couriers Please, and may increase in busy periods such as Christmas etc.

QLD- up to 2 days

NSW, VIC, ACT- up to 3 days

SA- up to 5 days

WA, TAS, NT- up to 8 days

*Days refers to business days


Can I ship a candle to someone as a gift?

Yes you certainly can - we think our candles make great gifts! When you place an order, just put the name and address of the recipient in the shipping details but make sure the billing details are your own.


Do you ship internationally?

Because of the delicate nature and size of our products, it's not a viable option to ship overseas. This may change in the future.


Am I able to track my order?

You will be able to track the progress of your order by logging into your account, or clicking on the Track my Order link in the footer. Once your Item has been shipped we will send you an email to inform you and, If your email is connected to your Facebook, we will also send you a Pm. If you haven't received your tracking number please send us an email via the Message Us tab.


Can I change my postage address once my order's been processed?

Unfortunately not. If you think you may have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. Mark your email as urgent and we will do our best to update the address before the order is posted.


Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?

 Yes we do ship to P.O Boxes. Their may be a slight delay due to Australia Post opening hours and availability.
